This week our farm products made it onto several Top Holiday Lists: The Ten Best Things I Ate in 2015 for #4 Minty Moonpies & The Top Ten North Fork Gifts for our #7 Heritage Wool Collection.  Browder's Birds is also on the Top 12 North Fork Foodie Gift List at #3.  Food or Fashion - we have the Holidays covered and we couldn't be prouder!

Find delicious Minty Moonpies at our farmers markets and in the stand this weekend.  Our Heritage Cotswold Collection will also be available in our farmstand and at the Homegrown Artisan Market at the Hayground School in Bridgehampton this Saturday. You can always shop online in our Pantry.

Since it is the Season, we are taking this moment to say how thankful we are for our supportive customers, both old and new, many of whom have quickly become dear friends.  We hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday spent with loved ones!

Another batch of Browder's Chicken Stock is ready for the weekend, made with our Organic chicken, bones & feet.  Our rich, thick stock makes a great soup base or can be savored on its own. 

Also find our Organic Eggs, Fresh Mayonnaise, Poultry Brine, Original Pickled Eggs and Pickled Eggs with Beets at the markets and on the shelves for the holidays.  We'll have our farmstand open this Wednesday, November 25th from 12-5 PM for last-minute shopping as well as Carissa's Bread & Pie Pick-ups.

Chickens are sold-out for this season but we still have lots of delicious reasons to visit the farmstand.  And this weekend we bring back our Browder's Blends homemade Mayonnaise and Smoky Garlic Aioli.  Bring on the turkey sandwiches.  If you'd like to whip up your own, pick up some fresh eggs and try our recipe for Garlic Aioli.  Serve it with assorted vegetables and meat for dipping, and call it a meal!

Also find our Original Pickled Eggs on the shelves for the holidays.  Keep a jar on hand for a great snack, a quick hors d'oeuvres plate or a fun stocking stuffer. We also have our Chicken Hand Pies and East End Mushroom Quiches to help feed your holiday guests.
