Sunshine-y days have us dreaming about tropical climates (and summer days at Bailie Beach) and we are craving island food like Marcus Samuelsson's Fish Burger with Egg and Bajan Mayo.

The Winter Egg Share has ended and  Summer CSA Shares start on June 3rd so be sure to sign-up and guarantee your dozen every weekend.  Chicken Shares are still available, too.

Just when you thought it was the off-season... the baby chicks have arrived! Our new Certified Organic layers are just a few days old and staying warm under heat lamps in the brooder.  On the farm we are already busy with preparations for the 2016 season.  The  Chicken and Egg Summer CSA Shares are now available online and make a great (unique) gift.  Who wouldn't want fresh, organic eggs and chicken all summer?  Out East Foodie even included our CSA in her list of Top Ten Local Gifts.

This week our farm products made it onto several Top Holiday Lists: The Ten Best Things I Ate in 2015 for #4 Minty Moonpies & The Top Ten North Fork Gifts for our #7 Heritage Wool Collection.  Browder's Birds is also on the Top 12 North Fork Foodie Gift List at #3.  Food or Fashion - we have the Holidays covered and we couldn't be prouder!

Find delicious Minty Moonpies at our farmers markets and in the stand this weekend.  Our Heritage Cotswold Collection will also be available in our farmstand and at the Homegrown Artisan Market at the Hayground School in Bridgehampton this Saturday. You can always shop online in our Pantry.
