Since it is the Season, we are taking this moment to say how thankful we are for our supportive customers, both old and new, many of whom have quickly become dear friends.  We hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday spent with loved ones!

Another batch of Browder's Chicken Stock is ready for the weekend, made with our Organic chicken, bones & feet.  Our rich, thick stock makes a great soup base or can be savored on its own. 

Also find our Organic Eggs, Fresh Mayonnaise, Poultry Brine, Original Pickled Eggs and Pickled Eggs with Beets at the markets and on the shelves for the holidays.  We'll have our farmstand open this Wednesday, November 25th from 12-5 PM for last-minute shopping as well as Carissa's Bread & Pie Pick-ups.

New!! Our own Browder's Birds Mayonnaise, made with our Organic eggs, is now available.  Creamy with a hint of lemon, it tastes good on everything! If you are planning lunch, be sure to try Carissa's Breads  for sale in our farm stand starting tomorrow.  Carissa is the only baker to  mill her own flour from locally grown wheat on Long Island. We are excited to introduce our customers to all the new and artisanal producers on the East End this summer.
