We thoroughly enjoyed our day away from the farm attending the Outstanding in the Field Dinner hosted by Amber Waves Farm in Amaganssett this week. Chef Jason blew us away with his dish of Browder's Birds chicken with soffritto served over Quail Hill heirloom beans and grilled romaine. While praising and devouring the dish one of our table mates asked if we've ever made Zuni Cafe's chicken recipe. We had not and this isn't the first time someone mentioned it so we did some research and located this delicious recipe. It sounds too good not to share!!
